Report Your Student Learning Outcome Data

If the  indicates that you have AoL Results due this year, then please use the鈥�AoL to complete your submission. 

  • For results due in March 6, 2026, programs will need to report the results for all PSLOs and one student success outcome using the .  Data collection on all PSLOs should include all data collected since your last AoL submission.

  • As indicated in the , please complete the following: 

    For the Results Only submission, complete the provided template for all PSLOs.  The current, approved program assessment plan is needed to complete parts of the template.  
     
    Reporting Results 
    The data are only for students in the program collected during the assessment cycle.  
      
    For the Office of Assessment Results, provide a frequency table and a chart of the distribution on the assessment item in the space provided. For the program results, provide the measures and metrics stated on the assessment plan. Include any notes or comments as necessary. 
  • New programs and other programs that do not have any students currently enrolled may not have results to report; HOWEVER, these programs are still expected to submit the  that shows missing data. 鈥疨lease complete the form with all pertinent information (PSLO鈥檚, assessment measures, description of the sample) where data will be collected/analyzed and insert 鈥淣D鈥� (no data) in the appropriate areas of the table. 鈥疉dd a note below the table that explains why there is no data.鈥�
