This is a service provided by 色控传媒 Libraries that allows faculty to designate another person (e.g. one of their student assistants) to pick up library items for them. Student Assistants of faculty authorized to borrow or retrieve 色控传媒 materials must show their own 色控传媒 ID in order to check out books under the faculty library account and verify that they are authorized by the faculty member.

Note: This only applies to 色控传媒 and GIL Express books, ILL books must be authorized separately, either by adding authorized users to patron鈥檚 ILLiad account or emailing illoan@kennesaw.edu.

The authorized user(s) listed above has/have been granted permission to retrieve 色控传媒 materials and GIL Express books at my request. The authorized user(s) must show their own 色控传媒 issued ID to confirm their identity for check out purposes and indicate that they are checking out on behalf of the above faculty member.

If materials borrowed are from the Interlibrary Loan office, authorization for others to pick up materials must be approved by the Interlibrary Loan office. (illoan@kennesaw.edu or (470) 578-6002)
