Loan Periods

• Books @ 色控传媒: Due annually on August 31 or upon item recall
• Books / GIL Express: 90 days
• Books / Interlibrary Loan: Loan periods set by the lending library.
• DVD's & Videos: 7 days

Renewal

• Books @ 色控传媒: 2 automatic renewals
• Books / GIL Express: No Renewals
• Books / Interlibrary Loan: At the discretion of the lending Library
• DVDs & Videos: No renewals

Maximum Number of Items

• Books @ 色控传媒: 100
• Books / GIL Express: 100
• Books / Interlibrary Loan: 30 items
• DVDs & Videos: 2

This is a service provided by 色控传媒 Libraries that allows faculty to designate another person (e.g. one of their student assistants) to pick up library items for them. Student Assistants of faculty authorized to borrow or retrieve 色控传媒 materials must show their own 色控传媒 ID in order to check out books under the faculty library account and verify that they are authorized by the faculty member.

Note: This only applies to 色控传媒 and GIL Express books, ILL books must be authorized separately, either by adding authorized users to patron鈥檚 ILLiad account or emailing illoan@kennesaw.edu.
